How Family Coaching differs from therapy
Professional Family Coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis. Coaching focuses on creating change through action. While coaching deepens self-learning and relational intimacy in the same way that therapy might, the goal of coaching is to give you the tools, support, and direction to "move forward," into new possibilities, self-awareness, relational connection, and positive family behaviors.

What To Expect On Your Family Coaching Journey
How Much Does Family Coaching Cost?
Our hourly rate is $150 per session per couple.
We are unable to accept or bill insurances. Unfortunately, at this time, most insurance companies do NOT offer benefits for family counseling or coaching. This is because family counseling/coaching does not rely on or result in a specific diagnosis or condition.
We do offer a sliding scale and limited scholarships are available. At times, churches are willing to offset the cost of relationship coaching. If you are a member of a faith community and need payment assistance, this can be an option to look into.
